Brahmi and Ashwagandha have soothing effect on your brain nerves and strengthens hair follicles. Mix one teaspoon of each of these three ingredients in one cup of water or yogurt or olive oil. Lightly apply this to your entire hair using your fingers or a brush for full coverage. Natural herbs need time, so keep this mask on for 45-60 minutes. Wash away with Reetha or Shikakai.
Alma and curd are both Kapha type foods which is helpful in good hair health. Add Multani Mitti to these two and you have a wonderful hair pack to restore natural colour and strength to your hair. Take one teaspoons each of these three ingredients and mix well together before applying on your hair. Leave it on for 30 minutes before washing away with Jiva Black Pearl Shampoo
