Tadasana (Palm Tree Pose)

Press your palms together and extend your arms above your head.

Stretch your body towards the sky and hold for 6-10 breaths.

Raise your right leg and press it against your left thigh. Hold the pose for as long as you can.

Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend)
This asana stretches your chest and opens it up, reducing tension.

Start sitting down with your legs extended in front of you.

Grip your toes with your hands, keeping your knees straight

Inhaling, move your right arms down while moving the left downwards. Alternate on the other side.
