Causes that triggers Migraine:
Hormonal factors:
This is a major cause for headache in women. Any imbalance in estrogen triggers the pain and has been noticed to occur mostly around the menstruation period. A woman also gets migraine attack in the pregnancy phase or menopause.
Food and Drinks:
Salty, cheese, processed foods are also the factors that trigger Migraine attack. Sometime even skipping meals may cause Migraine. Any alcoholic or caffeinated drinks can also trigger migraine.
Stress:
This is one of the most common factors for any headache and so is true for migraine pain as well. Stress is also one of the factors that trigger migraine attack in an individual.
Sleeping Pattern:
Too much sleep or loss of sleep is also a reason for migraine attack.
Physical and Environmental Factor:
Any physical exertion or weather change or sometimes even strong light and sound may cause migraine attack in few people. Many a times loud noise, strong fragrance of perfumes, or even very bright lights can trigger the problem.
