We often go to the parlour to clean our face and make it look healthy and beautiful. Here are 5 simple steps that you can do at home to maintain the beauty of your skin without spending money on beauty parlour visits.

Cleansing

Cleansing helps in cleaning any hidden dust on your face. It is a very important step in the facial process. That's why you must do it. For this you need raw milk. Milk has a very good bleaching property. You can apply raw milk on your face for 2 minutes and then wipe it with the help of cotton. It will remove all the make-up, dirt; pollution and dead cells from your face.

Scrubbing

The second step is scrubbing. Scrubbing helps in getting rid of a lot of dead cell, blackheads and whiteheads. If there are any dust particles which doesn’t go with cleansing can easily be removed with scrubbing. To make a natural scrubber at home, you need a little coffee mix a little sugar, olive oil and lemon juice and mix them together, then scrub it on your face for 2 to 3 minutes. This will remove all dead cells and blackheads and whiteheads from your face. You can use Jiva Walnut Scrub which is a natural scrub that improves complexion, nourishes the skin and relieves in skin dryness.

Steaming

The third step is steaming. For this, you can take steam with boiling water; or if you have a steamer you can use it. You can also put a towel in warm water and keep it on your face. This way you can clean your face and the pores will open and will help you to get skin tight.

Face Mask

After this, this is the fourth step. Due to the face mask, your skin feels relaxed. For this, you have to take small quantity of Multani Mitti and mix it with Jiva Rose Petal Water. Apply it on your skin and keep it for 10-15 minutes. Then wash your face with cold water. Multani soil is very important for our skin and brightens our skin.

Moisturizing

Last step in facial is moisturization. For this we should use 2-3 drops of almond oil and massage it on our face. It enhances the blood circulation and brings glow to our face.

Last but not the least, do remember that the diet you eat and your lifestyle are also very important for beautiful skin. Exercise regularly promote blood flow to your skin and flush out toxins.
