5 Tips to Calm the Anxious Mind with Ayurveda

Anxiety is a mental disorder that causes you to constantly be in a state of worry and fear. You feel nervous and fearful for no reason and are constantly expecting the worst.   • It is important to adopt a satvik diet and lifestyle. This means that you should eat a diet of fresh, unprocessed and light foods, not drink alcohol or smoke, and think positive and wholesome thoughts.
