Ingredients (Serves 2)

½ cup suji (Semolina flour)

8 oz coconut milk

2-4 tbsp honey

A pinch of salt
Method

Place the milk in a saucepan and allow it to simmer till it starts bubbling. Then slowly stir in the suji and the salt, preferably using a whisk to prevent lumps.

Allow it to simmer till it thickens and then take it off the heat.

Add the honey, serve and enjoy!
Add it to your dinner party menu, or just enjoy as a dessert when you’re craving something sweet. But one thing’s for sure, this recipe is so good, you won’t be able to stop eating it!
