Netra Tarpana for Dark Circles
One of the most effective therapies in Ayurveda to reduce dark circles is known as Netra Tarpana. In it, urad ki daal, boiled barley flour, and ghee are kneaded to make a dough that is placed around the eyes. Ghee is then poured through the dough and onto the eyes and left for a little while to work its magic. Afterwards, the dough and the ghee are wiped off.
Although netra tarpana is a simple process, it’s always better to reach out to a Jiva doctor before you administer it to yourself or someone else. Dial 0129-4040404 from your mobile phone or click on ‘Speak to a Doctor’ under the CONNECT tab in the Jiva Health App.
