Mix water and curd well in a blender
Skim off any oil floating on the surface.
Add black pepper, cumin, ginger powder and salt to the mix to enjoy namkeen chaas. You can also change the flavour by adding honey to the mix, instead above mentioned herbs.
Garnish the drink with coriander and mint leaves.
So, the next time you have heavy lunch and feel a little uneasy, just gulp down a glass of the wonder drink chaas and free yourself from the pain and discomfort of indigestion.
