Orange Peel:
Orange is known to have abundant amounts of vitamin C, which helps lighten the acne scars and also get rid of infection, if any. To make this peel, grind orange peel to paste with a little bit of water, and apply on acne-affected areas.
Raw garlic:
Raw garlic helps in clearing the skin of spots, pimples, and boils. Cut the clove of garlic in half and rub it on your skin at least two times a day. Also, eating 2-3 cloves of garlic daily will purify the blood and help keep away acne.
Cucumber:
Grate cucumber and apply it all over the face, eyes and neck are for fifteen minutes. Use regularly to prevent pimples and blackheads.
Nutmeg:
Grind nutmeg with raw milk to make into a paste. You can also use nutmeg powder and mix it with raw milk to form a paste. Apply this paste on the face and leave for a few hours. This will help clear pimples and prevent the appearance of scars.
Honey and Cinnamon:
Mix honey and cinnamon powder to make a paste. Apply this paste on the pimple before sleeping and wash it off the next morning with warm water.
Along with these remedies, avoid sugar, strong tea or coffee, condiments, pickles, carbonated drinks, candy and ice creams, and refined and processed foods in your diet. For better results, maintain a healthy diet with lots of fruits, veggies, and plenty of water intake daily.
