Take a baking tray and cover it with a baking sheet or paper

Melt 55 grams of coconut butter in a bowl resting over boiling water.

Add 400ml of coconut cream, two tablespoons of rosewater and a pinch of salt to the warm coconut butter.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly to combine them.

Pour the mix onto the prepared tray. Garnish with a handful of strawberries and a handful of roughly chopped pistachios.

Freeze the mix until solid. Remove the tray from the freezer and break into shards or chop into squares. And voila! We have an instant snack with the goodness of Ayurveda.
