Ingredients
- Half a fresh coconut
- One cup fresh coriander
- ¼ cup roasted Bengal gram split pulse
- 8-10 curry leaves
- 8-10 fresh mint leaves
- Juice of one lemon
- One green chilli
- One inch long ginger piece
- Salt according own taste
Method
- Chop coconut into small pieces after washing it thoroughly.
- Mix chopped coconut pieces with all other ingredients and blend to a smooth paste.
- Add water according to the desired thickness you want in the chutney
- Now the chutney is ready to serve. It remains fresh for up to 6-8 hours.
