Viparit Virabhadrasana (Reverse Warrior Pose)

Stand straight with legs your wide apart (minimum 3-4 feet). Bend the right knee.

Inhale and lift your right hand up with the palm and your head facing the ceiling. Slide the left hand down the left leg.

Keep your shoulder blades firm as you bend backwards slightly. Hold for 10 counts. Relax and repeat with left leg.
Viparit Dandasana (Chair Back Bend)

Sit on a sturdy low chair or wide stool with knees bent. Place a cushion on the floor behind the stool/chair.

Gently lower your back on the chair till the back (below shoulder) touches the chair.

Hold the chair legs with both hands and let your head touch the cushion. Straighten your legs forward but keep the soles firmly on the ground. Hold for 10 counts. Relax and repeat.
