Pizhichil therapy involves treating the body with streams of lukewarm medicated oil with simultaneous soft massage. This will relieve pain, nourish the nerves and muscles, reduce stress, and induce peace of both mind and body.

Potali massage:

This is a massage done with special bags dipped in warm oil and is considered great option to relieve pain, reduce physical and mental stress, and nourish and rejuvenate the body. These hot bags or potli as we call them in Ayurveda include medicinal herbs and other nutritional items.
