Stand upright with your legs pressed together and arms at the side.
Inhaling, stretch your hands upwards.
Exhaling, bend forward and touch your toes without bending your knees.
Brace your stomach muscles and hold your breath for 40-60 seconds.
Repeat 6-10 times.
This asana puts pressure on your abdominal muscles, tightening them.
Lay on your back.
Inhaling, bend your knees and as you exhale, pull them towards your chest.
Rest your thighs against stomach and grip your legs by joining your hands beneath your thighs.
Lift your chin and place it against your knees.
Hold for 40-90 seconds.
Repeat 6-10 times.
This asana tones the abs and gets rid of that pesky muffin top.
Lay on your back.
Inhale deeply and relax your body.
Exhaling, lift your head, chest and legs off the ground. Support your body on your bottom.
Stretch your arms and hold them parallel to the ground.
Keep your eyes locked on your toes. Hold the posture for 20- 30 seconds to begin with.
Repeat 5- 15 times.
