Foods To Stop Hair Loss Naturally

Probably, you must be hearing a lot about the shampoo you should use to prevent hair fall, the best oil to regrow hair & spa sessions that can stop hair loss and enhance the hair quality. No doubt, they can do good to your hair. But, if you are looking for something which can give you long-lasting permanent results for hair loss, the first and foremost thing is to identify the root cause of it. Hair loss can occur due to several reasons including stress, nutritional deficiency, hormonal disorders like PCOS and thyroid, diabetes, etc. In women, anaemia (iron deficiency) is the primary reason for 60% of hair loss cases. Fenugreek Seeds
