Benefits of Ginger
Ginger is excellent for pacifying Kapha accumulated during winters. Our mothers and grandmothers have always recommended a hot cup of ginger tea to alleviate so many of your health woes, be it an upset tummy, joint pain, nausea or cold and flu. Ginger, by itself or when added to preparations, eliminates ama (toxins) and rekindles your Agni.
