Greasy Hair means oily hair, which is caused due to the production of excess sebum from the hair gland. Sebum is the natural oil secreted from our body to provide nourishment to our hair, but when the secretion of sebum exceeds the requirement level, and then it becomes a concern for our hair.
As per Ayurveda, greasy hair is caused due to the aggravation of the Kapha doshas. A proper healthy diet, herbal medicine and proper lifestyle can pacify Kapha doshas, nourish and improve the quality of your hair.
This herb is very beneficial for hair. Apart from conditioning, henna balances Kapha on the scalp. You can mix curd with Jiva Henna Hair Care Powder and apply it on your scalp. Use this remedy twice in a month.
Lemon Juice is acidic in nature; thereby it is very effective in reducing excess oil from your hair. You can apply lemon juice for once or twice a month, keep it for not more than 5 minutes and then wash it with a mild shampoo.
This traditional medicine has been used in Ayurveda from a very long time. Good for skin, hair and stomach, you can use Aloe vera in various forms. For oily hair, you can apply Aloe-Vera gel on your scalp and leave it for 15 minutes. Then wash your hair with any Jiva Herbal Shampoo.
