Fennel seeds act as natural appetite suppressants.
They help purify the Rakta Dhatu (blood) and have a detoxifying effect on the body.

Begin by drinking 1-2 cups of fennel seed water every day and gradually work your way up to 3-4 cups. Always prepare the fennel water fresh every day and avoid drinking it if it’s a couple of days old.
