Mix together curry leaves juice and lemon juice. Add 1 tsp honey and ½ tsp mishri. Have this preparation 3-4 times a day for relief from morning sickness.

Add 2-4 tbsp of bael juice to cooked rice and have this 2-3 time throughout the day.

Eating Harad (Haritaki) with honey can stop vomiting.

Having 1 tbsp of imli juice can prevent vomiting induced by the aggravation of pitta. So can drinking sugar cane juice with honey.

Boil some neem leaves in water and have this throughout the day to prevent morning sickness.

Mix cinnamon powder with honey or drink boiled milk with cinnamon in it to stop vomiting.

Boiled milk with jeera seeds and cardamom also helps. You can also mix jeera seeds and cardamom powder with honey and have it as a remedy for morning sickness.
Lifestyle Changes

Always keep your room clean and well-ventilated. Allow sufficient sunlight to pour into your room and home. Do not stay in dark, dank places for too long.

Go for morning walks regularly since the fresh air can help alleviate morning sickness.

Yoga and meditation are recommended but should be done under expert supervision.

Do not work late or long hours during pregnancy. And if you must, take frequent breaks/naps.
