Digestive Tea

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/3 tsp Whole Fennel seeds
  • 1/3 tsp Whole Coriander seeds
  • 1/3 tsp Whole Cumin seeds

Method Now you need to boil water and add the spices. Then, let the mixture stand for five minutes. Strain the tea and drink.

Ginger Tea

1 tsp Sweetener 2 inches Ginger Root 4-5 cups Clean Water

Method You need to grate the ginger root and add it to the boiling water. Then, let the pot simmer for fifteen minutes. Now, strain the tea and enjoy.
