They have irregular appetites with good metabolism and they don’t gain weight no matter how much they eat. Vata children have a great imagination. They love drawing and are gifted at story-telling, which explains why they love talking when they’re given the chance. Vata kids are good at anything that requires creativity and are quick learners. Activities For Your Vata Child

  • Engage their creativity by letting them draw, paint, tell stories, and participate in school plays.

  • Vata kids learn best when all their five senses are engaged. Take them to places like the zoo, museum, and gardens so they can learn by engaging all five senses.

  • Since they are auditory learners, don’t force them to sit still and read for long periods of time. They will respond better if they listened to a book

  • To ensure vata balance in your child and to ease his nervousness, provide him with a warm and loving environment.
