Safest Techniques to Get Rid of a Migraine

  • 1 teaspoon lemongrass (5 g)

  • 1 cup of water (250 ml)

What should you do?

  • Add a teaspoon of lemongrass to a cup of boiling water and let the decoction take place for 10 minutes.

  • After the indicated time, strain and consume. You will notice a great relief.

Ice:

Ice is handy to remove a headache naturally.

What should you do?

  • You will only have to place 5 or 6 ice cubes in a bag that can be closed completely.

  • Cover the temple area with a cloth and place the bag on top of it for about 20 minutes.

  • After the indicated time, remove the bag and, if necessary, repeat for another 20 minutes. You will notice a great relief.

Chamomile (Babune ka phool):

Chamomile has multiple medicinal applications, and one of them is to help eliminate a headache. To achieve this, an infusion must be prepared.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons dried chamomile (30 g)

  • 2 cups of water (500 ml)

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (5 ml)

What should you do?

  • Heat some water and when it reaches a boil, add 3 tablespoons of chamomile.

  • Let it stand for 15 minutes, strain the liquid and add a teaspoon of lemon juice.

  • Drink the preparation during the day.

Artichokes (Hathi Chaak):

If you have migraines, artichokes cannot be missing from your diet. Artichokes are very beneficial to eliminate a headache since, sometimes, it has its origin in the liver.
