Try these Ayurvedic face scrubs for soft and glowing skin

Face scrubbing is very important for our skin as it makes our skin healthy and shiny. In everyday life pollution, dust, soil and dead cells are hidden on our skin, and due to this our skin becomes rough and dry. Scrubbing removes these impurities from our face and increases in brightness.

Banana, Honey and Olive Oil

It is very important to scrub the face at least twice a week. You can use ripe banana as it contain lots of nutrition and vitamins. This helps to keep our skin young for many days. Along with this, you a little honey that will act as a scrubber and olive oil that moisturizes our skin. Mix these three well and scrub it on your face for approximately 1 to 2 minutes. After this wash the face with lukewarm water. By doing this twice a week, your face will become very soft, clean and healthy.

Coffee, Lemon Juice, Olive Oil and Sugar

To make this scrub, you need olive oil, coffee, lemon juice and sugar. Mix them all together. With the help of coffee, any dead cell on your skin will be removed. Mix all of these together and scrub on your face for 2 minutes, then wash your face with cold water. Doing so regularly will make your face very beautiful and radiant.

Rose Water and Almond Powder

With the help of almond you get a very good scrub and Jiva Rose Petal Water will work as a moisturizer. Put this mixture on your face and massage for 2-3 minutes and then wash it. Regular use of this scrubber is very healthy for your skin.
