3 leaves of tulsi (holy basil)
3 leaves of pudina (mint)
¼ tsp jeera (cumin)
1 elaichi (clove)
¼ tsp dhaniya (coriander)
Add the above ingredients to a glass of chilled water.
Garnish it with some crushed ice and mint leaves and enjoy!
1-2 adrak (ginger) slices
¼ tsp jeera (cumin)
¼ tsp saunf (fennel)
2 kaali mirch (peppercorns)
2 leaves of pudina (mint)
Combine the ingredients in a glass and add chilled water.
Garnish with a slice of ginger and sip for ama reducing goodness.
