Noon is when your digestive fire (agni) is the strongest, and that’s the time of the day you should have your heaviest meal. Dinner should be very light and eaten at least 2-3 hours before you sleep. No recovery time:

Recovery and rest are just as important as your workout. The period after a workout is when your body actually burns fat. So allowing your body to rest and recover can help you lose weight. Push yourself but not too much.
