Use Raw Honey: Honey can cure dry coughs and sore throats. Take a teaspoon of raw honey and let it coat your throat for soothing relief. Honey can also be combined with ginger juice & turmeric. Consuming this mixture twice daily helps with reducing coughing.
Herbal Decoctions: Herbal decoctions are a traditional cold remedy that has anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting benefits. Boil water with ingredients like dry ginger, tulsi leaves, black pepper, and a betel leaf. Strain the mixture and add jaggery for taste. Drinking this decoction once a day reduces congestion and fights cold naturally.
