Tea Tree Oil: Tea tree oil has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. It is a natural remedy to treat pimples. It kills acne-causing bacteria and reduces redness. Mix a few drops of tea tree oil with a carrier oil. Apply the oil mixture on the pimples with a cotton swab.
Aloe Vera Gel: Aloe vera gel is a gentle, natural treatment for many skin types. It contains anti-inflammatory and antibacterial compounds that cool redness and prevent future breakouts. Apply fresh aloe vera gel directly to the areas affected. Use it twice a day to calm irritation and moisturise the skin naturally.
Apple Cider Vinegar: Organic acids in apple cider vinegar kill bacteria and dry pimples. Dilute 1 part apple cider vinegar with three parts water and rub with a cotton ball onto the affected areas. Do not apply it undiluted to avoid skin irritation.
Honey: Honey has antibacterial properties, clears clogged pores and heals skin. Apply a thin layer of raw honey on your pimples. Leave on for 15-20 minutes and then rinse with warm water. Regular use will reduce inflammation and scarring.
Green Tea: Green tea is rich in antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties that make it effective against pimples. You can brew some green tea and let it cool. Apply it to your skin using a cotton pad or spray bottle.
Turmeric Paste: Turmeric is a natural antiseptic with anti-inflammatory properties. It helps reduce the size of pimples and prevents scars. You can mix turmeric powder with honey or yoghurt to form a paste. Apply it to the affected areas. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes before washing off.
