Causes of Acidity:

Home Remedies for Acidity:

Drink Amla (Indian Gooseberry) juice in the morning on an empty stomach

Soak raisings overnight and eat them first thing in the morning

Drink pomegranate juice in the morning

Add coriander, fennel and mint in your diet

Caraway is also a good home remedy for reducing acidity. Boil caraway seeds and strain the water through a sieve. Drinking this water in the morning is helpful.

Drinking cold milk is also beneficial in acidity

Consume 1 teaspoon rose petal jam once or twice daily for relief in acidity
