Mix ½ tsp of Shatavari powder and ½ tsp of Ashwagandha powder with 1 ½ tsp of honey.
Mix it well until it forms a thick paste.
Take this paste twice a day – one tbsp after breakfast and one after post lunch.
Follow with half glass warm water.
