Ghee:
Ghee, or clarified butter, has been known to promote overall well being and has moisturizing properties. Massage your eyes with ghee to soothe the dry eye condition. Or, you can simply add a drop of lukewarm ghee in each eye to heal.
Triphala Powder:
A mix of 3 herbs - amla, harada, and baheda - this powder works wonders in treating dry eyes. Prepare a cleanser by adding a teaspoon of Triphala powder in a glass of water and leave it overnight. In the morning, strain the mixture using cheesecloth and wash your eyes with the Triphala-infused water.
Netra Tarpana:
Netra tarpana is one of the most highly recommended treatments for dry eyes. In this procedure, dough of white flour is used to enclose the area around the eyes. A liquid form of ghee made from cow’s milk is then slowly decanted onto the eyelids. This treatment improves eyesight, soothes the irritation in the eyes, and relaxes the eye tissues.

Triphala Ghrita is an ayurvedic medicine made by mixing ghee and other herbs. You can either consume it with water or add it to warm milk. This Ayurvedic medicine can relieve the itchy sensation in the eyes.
