The Growth
The elements of pancha mahabhutus of air, fire, earth, water, and ether are acted upon by the three doshas. The brain, spine, and the central nervous system starts to develop, and the baby grows an inch long. The sex of your baby can be determined in this month.
Food Is Important
Your diet should consist of sattvic foods – fruits like mango, coconut and pears, and vegetables like sprouts, squash and sweet potato. Include ghee as it boosts the strength and stamina of the mother and develops mental abilities of the mother and the baby. You should also drink milk with madhura drugs and sweet and cold liquid foods for better absorption of nutrients.
Remain Relaxed
Herbal massages, especially foot massages, are a great way to relieve stress. Pregnancy becomes smoother, and your baby grows better when your mind is clear and happy.
Yoga Asanas
Yoga has a lot of benefits for an expecting mother, and there are many asanas you can do. Here are two of them.
Bhujangasana
It eases the stiffness in your lower back and increases the flexibility. It also improves your mood.
Bitilasana
It improves your balance and posture by stretching the spine and neck. It also calms your mind and removes stress.
