Slightly increase the consumption of ginger (Adrak):

Boil one teaspoon of flaxseed (Alsi ke beej) in a cup of water and add lemon to prepare a fresh flaxseed tea. For effective results, drink it at night. It is anti-inflammatory and laxative that softens the stool and promotes proper digestion of food.
Psyllium Husk with a yogurt:
In case of diarrhea and constipation, taking one full teaspoon of Psyllium husk (Isabgol) along with fresh yogurt after the meal is beneficial. It’s a dietary fiber which absorbs the excess water for a normal bowel movement. Therefore, it should be consumed in a limited quantity only.
