Make a paste by mixing powdered black pepper (1/2 tsp), clove (1/2tsp) and sesame oil (50 ml) and heat on low fire. Strain the mixture and add camphor powder (5 mg). Massage this oil on the penis daily.

Cook 1 tablespoon of black gram (chana) in 2 cups of milk until they are completely mixed and the milk is absorbed. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar. Have this for breakfast. This is mentioned in Ayurvedic text to improve the quantity and quality of the semen.

Mix seeds of the touch-me-not plant (lajwanti) and sugar in equal quantities. Take 6 grams (about 2 teaspoons) every morning with milk.
